Captions
Captions are canned messages that you can reuse easily for your chatbot, autoresponder or bulk send campaigns.
You can access all your saved captions in the Caption menu item on the sidebar menu.
Add New Caption
You can add captions via 2 methods.
Method 1
1.) Click on the + Add new button
2.) Fill in your caption and click on the Submit button when you're done to save your caption. You can also add emojis into your captions.
Method 2
In the Autoresponder, Chatbot & Bulk Campaigns menu, you can save your captions in the message field by clicking on the diskette icon.
Edit Caption
1.) To edit your caption, click on the 3 vertical dots, and click on Edit.
2.) Edit your caption and click on Submit once you are done editing.
Delete Caption
1.) To delete your caption, click on the 3 vertical dots, and click on Delete.
2.) When the popup window appears, click on the OK button to delete the caption.
