Bulk Upload Contacts

Whenever you want to upload contacts to WaRespond, you can do so using the bulk upload method. This method also allows you to add custom parameters for personalisation of your bulk messages.

To upload contacts in bulk, follow this method.

1.) Go to Bulk File.

2.) Download the sample Excel spreadsheet template.

3.) Fill in the contact details accordingly, and you can also choose to rename the parameter column title accordingly.

4.) Name your group contact and upload the file back to WaRespond.
