Personalize Your Bulk Campaign Messages

Personalization of your messages is highly recommended not just to improve the engagement with your users but it also allows WhatsApp to be more lenient with your bulk messaging. Personalized messages are much less seen as spam.

To personalise your messages, use %% merge tags between your parameter title.

For example:

%Phone Number% %Name%

%Param1%

By doing so, it will allow you to personalize the message by replacing the merge tags with the content in that column.
